QUALITY

If we wouldn't buy them, we won't sell them. We take pride in our product and want you to be 100% satisfied. That being said - we do work closely with Mother Nature (and she can be unpredictable). If the flowers you receive are not satisfactory, please send a photo to hello@fantasyflowers.ca and we will take care of you.

Naturally, some flower varieties last longer than others. We purchase flowers with a strong preference leaning towards long-lasting varieties, but we do like some of the "shorter-lasting" ones too. If you do not, please let us know in the special instructions at the checkout.

THE FINE PRINT

We don't have magic wands, we make everything custom with our own two hands. Please allow sufficient time between ordering and expecting delivery to be completed.

We don't read minds, if you don't like/want something in your arrangement please let us know. Express this in the special instructions when placing your order. Example: "no carnations or the color purple".
